Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
  2. Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and training process for new employees.
  3. Manage employee records, payroll, and compliance with labor laws.
  4. Act as the main point of contact for employee relations, addressing grievances, and promoting a positive work environment.
  5. Plan and execute employee engagement and retention strategies.

Administrative Management:

  1. Oversee daily administrative operations and ensure smooth functioning.
  2. Manage vendor relationships and procurement processes.
  3. Organize and maintain office documentation and records digitally.
  4. Assist with budget management and resource allocation for HR and admin activities.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in HR and administrative roles.
    Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
  3. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
    Proficiency in using HR tools, MS Office, and remote collaboration platforms.
  4. Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively.
  5. This position requires working from our Hyderabad office.
